Hyperbaric Oxygen Chamber: MODEL M-3

BHPL has indigenously designed and manufactured hyperbaric oxygen chambers (HOC’s) for over 20 years. We follow stringent processes and procedures to create dependable highest quality Hyperbaric Oxygen Chambers. Every part and process is thoroughly validated and tested over the entire production system by third party before leaving the BHPL manufacturing facility.

BHPL specialises in multi-place Hyperbaric Oxygen Chambers which are designed for all hospitals’ need in Indian conditions.

There are 2 models of multi-place chambers capable to treat from 3 up to 8 patients simultaneously, depending on the needs of each Hospital in combination of bed and seating facility. The models vary in chamber capacity and specifications.

Features
  • Designed to simultaneously attend up to 3 patients in combination of beds and/or seats customised according to the requirement.
    • One Bed and Two Seats (Total 3 patients) OR Customized – Combination to be specified while ordering.
  • Our products conform to ASME-PVHO I-NFPA codes and standards.
  • Comfortable seats for chamber occupants and chamber patients.
  • The medical oxygen supply is carried out individually to each of the patients through inhalers (BIBS) and/or hyperbaric masks by an automatic demand system.
  • The exhalation system allows the discharge of gases exhaled by the patients to go to the outside of the chamber automatically, which is an essential security measure for this system.
  • Direct access of medical and paramedical staff for patient’s care through the antechamber, without altering or interrupting the ongoing treatment.
  • Internal commands and controls for the operation of chamber and antechamber.
  • Interior aluminium floor, non-skid, removable divided into sections allowing regular cleaning and maintenance of the lower parts of the chamber body.
  • Illumination inside the chamber is through cold outer lamps.
  • The control panel is located externally and attached to the main tank. From this panel are executed all operations and controls required for proper operation of the chamber, including the monitoring of the patients.
  • Fire retardant paint, nontoxic, odourless.
  • Standard built in of special designed and high efficient fire-fighting systems.
  • A communications system maintains contact between the external operator of the chamber with the main compartment and the antechamber.
  • Outside of the chamber, a multimedia projector is installed, which, through a small window will project on a screen inside the chamber, video signals, TV, etc.
